Prices for goods and services stated on our website are exclusive of any applicable delivery charges. The cost of delivery is as stated on our website and a total delivery cost will be provided in the order summary in your online shopping basket. We aim to ensure that goods will be dispatched within 2 working days of an order being placed. 

We offer a flat shipping rate of $8 for orders that do not exceed 10kg. If you are order is likely to go over this amount please contact us at info@truepurplepeas.com to discuss. We can offer free delivery for your Garden & Homeware orders within the Helensville and Parakai township. If this applies to you please select the drop down option - 'New Zealand - Free Delivery for Helensville & Parakai' in your address details when placing your order as this will ensure that the shipping cost is not added. If you are just outside these areas please contact us first as we may still be able to deliver if you are in the surrounding area or arrange a time for you to collect. 

Once dispatched our standard delivery times are 1-2 working days (within the Auckland region) or 2-3 working days (outside of Auckland). 

We will provide a tracking number to you once your item has been dispatched. 

We generally use packaging that can be reused and is fully compostable, however, we often will reuse packaging that we have received from others. Usually this is when we are posting items and this to ensure that you purchase arrives to you safely.
