We do hope that you love your purchases and when it comes to garden tools that you will find treasured friends for life. Our procedures for exchanges and faulty goods are below.
We are happy to accept returns on full-priced items that are in their original condition for either an exchange or credit. Sale items cannot be returned. For all Returns/exchanges please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please send your returns back within 7 days after of receiving your order. Exchange is subject to availability and we recommend submitting your request via email promptly to arrange the exchange. The cost of returning the item will be at the expense of the customer.
If the goods are faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com so we remedy the situation and if necessary keep a replacement item aside for you. Any purchases made are checked thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you. In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received in unacceptable condition we may be able to fix it if it is a minor problem. We will of course replace the item at our cost or if you would prefer or we can provide a full return. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed subject to general wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Returns of faulty items must be returned promptly.
We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we are happy to provide you with a credit or a full refund.
